Price information

Prices are per apartment per night, excluding local tax.
The standard occupancy of our apartments is 2 adults, additional persons on request.
The deposit at the time of reservation is approx. 30% of the total costs.

• Final cleaning: € 60.00 per stay
• Local tax: € 2.80 per night per person from 16 years
• (Subject to modification)
• Additional person: from € 25.00 per night

Cancellation conditions

If something unexpected happens and you cannot start your holiday as planned, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge
• 3 to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total amount
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total amount
• in the last week: 100% of the total amount

We recommend to book a travel insurance, as European travel insurance for example: Europäische Reiseversicherung

In times of Corona ...
... you can cancel 7 days before the start of the holiday free of charge

Due to the current situation, we would like to assure that bookings can be canceled free of charge at any time if the arrival or stay is not possible due to official measures considering the corona virus (e.g. travel bans, border barriers, travel warnings, air traffic stopped ...).
